Liza Boubari
Liza Boubari is a Founder of the 3E Event, HealWithin, a healing center, and HealWithin Kids, a non-profit helping motherless children.
Liza is a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist. Her journey in the field of hypnotherapy and alternative healing began when she was overwhelmed and under a lot of pressure and stress. Because she was not in tune with her body, she had not yet realized its impact on her mentally, emotionally, and physically. Her body had created ovarian cysts, forcing her to acknowledge and understand her pain and discomfort. She was scheduled to undergo a third surgery for the cysts when the HR director of the law firm she worked at referred her to an acupuncturist, who referred her to a hypnotherapist.
There is a strong connection between the mind and body and its relationship to stress and disease. It was her own powerful healing experience through hypnotherapy that led her to this science. Changing course, she chose this path to help others heal, and in 1999, she founded HealWithin, Inc. Through hypnotherapy, she discovered the tragic reality of why her body was creating incessant ovarian cysts. That connection with her body’s core was the healing that made the surgery no longer necessary. This powerful experience with the science of hypnosis was what led her to discover her true purpose of helping others heal within. It is now over 20 years that Liza has been dedicated to working with people ready to change their lives.

Liza is a Best-selling author, motivational speaker, and host of HealTalk – RealTalk, a weekly podcast. She earned her Clinical Hypnotherapy Certification from the Hypnotism Training Institute of Glendale in 1996, as well as a Stress Management Counselor, Action Coach, Anger Management, and Domestic Abuse Consultant.
