With a dynamic career spanning construction, manufacturing, hospitality, and real estate, Ghosson rose to prominence as the CEO of ACICO Group, a leading manufacturer of Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC) in the Middle East. Under her leadership, the company expanded its markets, optimized operations, and achieved significant growth, solidifying her reputation as a forward-thinking executive in traditionally male-led industries.

Beyond her corporate success, Ghosson’s story is also one of profound personal transformation. She has overcome financial and personal challenges, reinvented herself after setbacks, and built her own brand and consulting practice.
