Payment does not include travel, accommodation or per diem expenses and is not refundable.
HealWithin, The 3Event, HealWithinKids.org, and Hilton Worldwide do not provide any security, therefore it is the responsibility of the Vendor to protect their items from theft, mysterious disappearance or damage. While some of the sales areas may be in rooms that are lockable, this should not be construed as “security.” The Vendor and/or its officers, directors, independent contractors’, or employees shall Indemnify, defend and hold harmless HealWithin, The 3Event, and HealWithinKids.org and its officers, employees, and volunteers from and against any and all demands, claims, damages to persons, property, losses and liability, including reasonable attorney’s fees (collectively “Claims”) arising out of or caused by the Vendor’s negligence and/or its officers, directors, independent contractors’ or employees negligence in connection with the use of Property facilities that are currently being used.
The Vendor and/or its officers or representatives acknowledge and agree that the $399 Sponsor fee includes ONE event ticket and all other specifications mentioned in rules and regulations. Hotel stay and room is not included.
All sales go directly to Vendor. HealWithin has no say in price of exhibitor’s items or any share in net sales.
This Agreement shall be deemed accepted by HealWithin International and You - only after it has been signed by the Vendor - Your Company Name or representative.
